Lack of comunication with there customers

Hi last year october I took my fiat punto in for sum problems as it is stil under warranty and wen eva i go there they say they wil call me but they never do then i would call them and then they say they still waiting on the warranty clerk so i called the warranty clerk and he says he's not aware of my claim so then after taking my car in several times i got one problem sorted which is the rust on my car i was ask to bring it in again then for the other promblems which is the rear left side door window winder and shutter that i get wen i apply the breaks on my car they said we must start fresh ok they then said the problems on my car will be fix with the other warranty cliam which is rust on the car today 21/02/13 i was told after calling them again that i must bring my car in so that they can check it again so what were thay doing all this time hope u guys can help it will be my 7th time taking my car in thankyou
