Front Passanger Door Faulty

I bought a Renault Sandero 1.6 United in July and I have been experiencing problems with the front passanger door. It doesn't close properly and I have to bang the door until it closes. I am afraid that it will get worse before it gets fixed. The bottom mats on the same side of the car are pealing off. It looks like it was stapled together and not you can see all the wiring inside.

I spoke to Sam (Used Sale Dealer) about it and even brought the car in twice but he said the workshop guys are not able to fix it. He said he would find me a panel beater because the one you normally use has been giving him the run around. I have been waiting for his call to confirm if he was able to secure an appointment with another panelbeater but to no avail.

I have not even paid my first installment on my car but I am already experiencing problems.
