Honda Westrand ordered spare parts for my accident damaged bike. Honda was to repair my bike as instructed by insurer, but insurer changed their minds and requires a different repair shop to do the repairs (insurer's prefered repair shop) Honda already bought replacement parts and upon agreement between Honda, my insurer and the new repiar shop the parts were to be bought over from them by the new repair shop which is only fair as honda must get their money's spend back, but what is not fair is that honda refused the release my bike and spare parts before the money's paid over reflected in their account, and now that it has they have not kept their side of the deal by releasing my bike and spare parts, they only released my bike but has for the last week delayed in releasing the spare parts already paid for by the new repair shop, every day there is another excuse why the parts have not been delivered to the new repair shop, I can only deduce that honda has either used my paid for spare parts on someone elses bike or sent the parts back and now trying to cover their backs as they maid us pay for parts which was no lonnger available... unprofessional service!!
