Rudest most arrogant owner i have ever met

I needed to have a valve seat replaced on my fiats cylinder head and found this company on the internet as i did not have transport i needed to find a place closest to me.when arriving at the company i started speaking to a guy called benny who started helping me, i asked him if he could source valves for me as my valves were broken. He then went to check if he had any and also asked his coligues if they knew of any in the workshop.
They could not find any and offered to make them up for me. As i was enquiring about price, the owner Mr Grant Lumley stormed in there and shouted at me to stop keeping his staff out of there work. They will phone me after they have the prices. He stated that he has other customers before me and i am wasting there time. Am i not also a customer. This whole shouting sesion was going on infront of another customer. This is the first and last time i ever use this company. As an owner with that arrogant and rude attitude, i am surprised he has any customers at all
