Bad service delivery

Account opened at FNB and due to non delivery of bank card, the card was cancelled and new one issued at the branch. More than a month later CCD couriers started phoning for delivery of the bank card (even though FNB advertises 48 hours for delivery - VERY BAD ADVERTISING FNB). For more than 2 weeks I have been getting calls for the card to be delivered and every day they were told to cancel the card and send it back to FNB or destroy it and everyday promises that it has been done. Yet once again phone calls for delivery Have spoken to an assistant manager twice regarding this as they refuse to put me through to a manager or higher up position staff member. and yet, after promises, still the same story over and over. These deliveries contain personal information and yet they do not heed to the sensitivity in getting information destroyed or sent back to FNB when required leaving it easy for criminals to get hold of information or to possibly bribe staff. an apology letter and confirmation from CCD and FNB is required as well as a public apology from FNB about their bad advertising as they are not delivering on their promises. failure will result in this going to the newspapers.
