POOR POOR Customer Service!

I'm urgently looking to buy a cylinder head from them (they stated they had the one I'm looking for). As I'm in a small town and -700km away from them I need assurance of what I'm buying.
All I asked was for a photo of the Cylinder Head that I want to buy so that I can transfer them the money for it. But there were said to me they're not going to take it specially out just to take a photo of it! Then they told me I'm wasting their time (meanwhile I've already logged into internet banking, waiting on a photo from them so that I can make the transfer) by asking so many questions and that for only one product! But that's the product that I'm urgently in need of, after all!! I've asked for the owner of the company's name and this was his direct reply to me: "They nothing called a boss here. Its not a farm. U talking to me. Sorry we can't help you."

I really think some people need to practice on their people skills!
