2 YRS IN A ROW, UNABLE 2 LICENSE MY VEHICLE

To whom it may concern.

I, Jean Norma Butler, Id number 5907010062082, traded in my single cab GWM at the Midrand branch of GWM. One of the sales consultants Then proceeded to lend the vehicle to his brother in law who then wrote it off. After the most disgusting service, I took possession of my 2010 Dune series 4X4. When it came to relicensing my vehicles in 2011, (I also own a Toyota Jazz) I was unable to do so as they had not written off the previous vehicle. For 5 months and unlimited fighting the branch manager paid the fines and got my 2 licences. In May 2012 I went to renew my licences again, only to discover what had been done the previous year. It is now the end of March 2013 and I am still driving my 2 vehicles on garage plates. I have tried to resolve this through the customer service the branch manager, numerous people at head office. No one has done anything. No one ever gets back to me. I am sure this is not legal, I spend my time worrying about being taken off the road by the police.

This is 10% of the story.

Please help me. I lost son 6mths ago and having to tie up his estate and fight for my vehicle, I am now at wits end.
