Disgusting service and arrogant attitude

We gave 2 cushions to Foamtoria to be re-upholstered almost 6 weeks ago. They promised to deliver within 2 weeks as they were very busy. Two weeks came and went, no cushions. When checking on what happened, we were told that the fabric had a flaw in it and that they had to re-do the cushions. That was four weeks ago. We have followed up on numerous occasions, only to get a story and a very poor attitude. After calling again today and getting much of the same attitude I have decided to complain on Hellopeter.
