Worst service I have ever experienced

Upon purchasing my vehicle i specifically requested the latest model with the newest features, i was assured that it was and without actually seeing the vehicle i proceeded with the purchase. I was informed by an acquaintance who purchased the exact same model at the same time that he received a vehicle with additional features at the same retail value. Upon email correspondence i was rudely informed that the "additional" features my acquaintance received was extras that would affect the retail value, when in fact it was not according to his contract. Clearly I was mislead. Less than 2 weeks after delivery a rattle in the car appeared and was send for repair, only to be faulty again in the following week. Once again the car was send in for repair in order for the apparent "fixed" part to be replaced. Less than 3 months later yet another fault occurred, this time a loose speaker that tore. I was assured that my car would be repaired and ready for collection the same afternoon, only to be informed the next day that the part needed to be ordered with a 2 week waiting period. Not only has Volvo omitted information, but have repeatedly provided unsatisfactory service in a unprofessional manner.
