Pathethic job and lack of service

Our car was there for over a month. When we receieved a call to pick it up - we were appalled at the state of our car. The front and back bumpers were painted a totally off shade from original car and rest of car. The enetire car had an overspray and rough.

The interior roof was actually black with dirt. Teh workmanship on repair inside was terrible and unprofessional. The entire car had so many scrathes, that was not there before. There were still a few sall dents not repaired!!!

is this an a approved centre? They should be removed from the approved listings from insurers?

I was nto provided with a courtesy car, and was promised a call last friday with one, to date..nothing.

Thier lack of professionalism and service is shocking!!!
