Mechanic rip off

My car needed the cooler fan and electrical wiring sorted out. After a week I collected my car and neither job had been satisfactorily completed. Car went in for another whole day, this time the lights worked BUT the fan switch which was supposedly fitted and operational and CHARGED for does not work! The business ignores my efforts to contact them! We end up throwing good money after bad.
