EXCUSES AND MORE EXCUSES

I was in an accident on the 8th of February 2013. My car was sent by the insurance to Macpro panel beaters on the 12th of Feb to repair my boot and replace one side panel and two bumpers. Today is the 26 of March and i still have not received my car. Every week they have a new excuse of why they will not be finished on time. Today they apparently have a power failure. I wonder if they still have my car? My rental car was taken back two weeks ago and (not to my surprise) macpro does not have a rental car. I am stuck with no transport and have to cancel meetings on a daily basis because macpro does not see the urgency to repair my car as soon as possible. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my lifetime!
