Bad Service

Unfortunately my car was about a year ago, then recovered. M.A.G just had to fix the interior but could not even keep to the time frame they have promised. I then had to take it back twice due to shoddy workmanship.
Now my car is with them for the 2nd time (insurance did not give me the chance to get someone else). John has the nerve to tell me that I have no clue what it is that they do when I queried why exactly my car will not be ready on time again!!!
