DISHONEST WHEN YOU BUY A CAR

Nissan Group 1 advertised a Geely LC.When I bought the car the salesmn's exact words were "All's been checked - it's 100%" I asked for service book & he said "It's on the passenger side". I got in the car and saw a bag with documents on the passanger side, but when I got home I saw there was no service book (I checked whole car). On my way home I discovered the aircon and fan wasn't working. I called them the next morning to report it. Was told they'll sort all out. 3 weeks later still nothing and 1st salesman no longer worked there. New guy promised they'd sort it out soon. But after another week my hsbnd insisted they take the car in and give me a curtacy car - to put pressure on them. Drove curt. car for a 3 weeks still nothing. So we went to see attorney to help us get the money back in exchange for car. A few days after attorney sent letter car was "fixed" - but I wanted to still cancel the transaction as I can't afford to wait so long 4 parts in future and they never said it takes that long. They threatened reporting the curt. car unless I hand back. Went to exchange cars now and tho aircon is fixed, still no service book. I AM SO ANGRY AND FEEL HELPLESS!
