Brand new Ford Ranger 4 x 4 XLT 2013

We bought a brand new Ford Ranger XLT 4 x 4. It started braking automatically we then took it to Allen Joss, to see what is wrong. It took them 3 days to found the problem only to order the wrong part. After I complaint which I battled to get hold of the service and parts Manager, who is never there or in training and you can only speak to the service consultants which also can't help you, we then decided to rather take our Ranger to a competent dealer who is Lazarus Ford. We then at Lazarus Ford only after 2 hours that is how quick they are, told us that the part that Allen Joss (that is now the 2nd time) was wrong again, and that what they wanted to replace - the Brake master cylinder - is not the problem. Thank you for Lazarus but we will definitely never take any of our vehicles to Allen Joss again, there is NO SERVICE AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!
