CRASHED MY CAR!!!

Took my Elantra in on Monday for a service and it was due to negligence on the side of Hyundai Strijdom Park that the hand brake was left off on my vehicle, and it rolled down a gradient and crashed into another car. I was informed that it had happened and told it was not serious. I was told that I could get my Elantra the following day and that it would be repaired. I eventually had to find out what was going on the second day and was told to collect. On my arrival I noticed immediately that the front bumper was not sitting straight and is very loose the front right fog light that had been replaced is also loose, there is overspray all over the front of the bumper indicating an amateur spray repair, and surprise!! Both my right door handles are damaged and a huge scratch down to the metal on my back right door, a damaged front wheel mag plus side mirror. Despite been told by Douw that I must call him on Wednesday at 12h30 to make arrangements to bring in my car and receive a courtesy vehicle so mine can be repaired, I have left messages for him. I got hold of Douw again later and was told he would phone me and has not. This is creating a negative perception about the Hyundai brand
