Incompetent work, rather try durban south p

Sent car in for rear accident, damage was assessed. How ever when picking up the vehicle the front bumper was loose as well as them forgetting to put the clip for fuel filler cap into the rear bumper (which they replaced)
When I asked the mutthead why the front bumper was hanging (it was a broken clip) his response was "Oh we only fixed the rear of the car". However, technostar did send my car to an exhaust shop to weld the exhaust manifold, in order to do this the front bumper has to be removed. So when did they not work on the front of the car? As for the fuel tank flap, it does not close. Obviously they forgot to insert a clip into the rear bumper when fitting it, then realised the clip has to be installed while the bumper's off, so they just left it out. All in all the car came out with more damage from technostar. This leads me to believe they rush their jobs and are only concerned about the higher end cars (which dont include your mercs or bmw's, unless they're s-class or 7 series) Now they gave me a 10 year guarantee on workmanship, it's been about a year or 2 now, should i take it back? should i take it back on the ninth year?
