Kia Fourways Very UNETHICAL

On Saturday 16/2/2012, we entered the Kia Motors Fourways Crossing dealership, where we were attended by a great Sales executive Yaseen Mohomed. We chose a A 180 CDI Diesel Merc to test drive. The car was inaccessible indicating no prior interest. During the test drive, we received a call from his senior counterpart asking where we were with the vehicle. Yaseen confirmed we were nearly back at the dealership. Once Yaseen was off the phone, he asked did we want the vehicle, we confirmed unanimously we wanted to sign for it. On arrival, staff and another couple were waiting for the vehicle. On exiting the vehicle the coupled grabbed the keys from us and hopped into the car. We were left alone, while the couple drove the car off, and our Car Executive had been taken aside by the manager and the other sales executive. After 15minutes, we realized then that they had sold the car from under us. On approaching Yaseen, he said the car had been sold. We were told they had signed the offer to purchase before us and the vehicle was theirs legally. They had not paid for the vehicle as yet, and we could sign an offer to purchase, should their deal fall through.
