Great Alfa Test Drive

I booked a test drive at Sandown Motors, Century City on Friday, 24 May, to enter a competition currently being run by Alfa Romeo. Having entered similar competitions before without any real intention of buying anything, I expected an indifferent, uninterested reaction (entirely understandable) from the salesperson concerned.

These expectations were dispatched by Charlotte, who assisted me with enthusiasm despite me making it clear that I wouldn't be an immediate customer. I was even offered a drive in an Abarth 500, which I gratefully accepted. Since Fiat and Alfa are my favourite marques, the experience was particularly enjoyable, and I have to add that Charlotte's attitude does Sandown Motors great credit.

I already knew what my next vehicle purchase would be; now I know where.
