Consistently poor service

After taking my BMWx3 back to Auto Atlantic FOUR times about the same issues I am forced to express my complaints online in the hopes that I will be heard. My remote key Still does not work, we will wait to see if the fuel consumption issue has been fixed and the sunroof cassette that was supposed to be ordered last year (and was only ordered when I called and inquired about it) is on back order. It appears that Auto Atlantic's USP is "the customer is always wrong and comes last"! With this kind of service it makes it very difficult to remain loyal to the brand. I doubt I will ever purchase another BMW!
