I got an email from [URL Removed] on 13 August 2013 and was interested in the Mitsubishi ASX. I followed the link and booked a testdrive. An email from Cheryl Stonier confirmed this and promissed that Nicolas would call me within two hours. I thought this email was generic and only expected contact the following day.
At 11h00 on 14 August 2013 someone called me, from Eagle, he was very unprofessional and referred to a request. When I finally understood that this was Mitsubishi I, said that I enquired about the vehicle and wanted a testdrive.

The salesman called me "an ". I reported the matter to the person who send me the email Yesterdar, Cheryl Stonier, and she advised that she would get his manager to follow up.
Andrew called me and said he was the salespersons manager and said it was a misunderstanding. He said the salesman who called me was Nicolas. I said it was more than just a misunderstanding and will not leave it just like that. Andrew turned around and said I should not treathen his staff.

Be very careful with sales people like these. The sad part, I actually liked what I saw on the advert, but because of people that these I will never drive this brand.
