Ordered a Kia Optima, with all extras almost R400k brand new in first week in Jan 2013. This was at Witbank. Finace approved, only waiting for car, s they did not have the coulr I wanted. They cannot say when you will get your vehicle, apparently Korea does not tell them, so wait and see. So we wait. In Feb thru a lot phone calls I find out, minf you not the dealership, that there is an engine upgrade, hence the delay. Kind as I am, I informed the dealership why their product is delayed, lmao. I requested a sat nav, which was turned down as they have no approved system in their aftermarket, so I settled for a dvd player, approved and finance approved as part of the deal. I get a call in first week of March, the car has arrived, but they cannot give it to me because they must wait for the launch. So I wait, the launch has been postponted 3 times to end March 2013. But the twist was that, I find out that I cannot get the "approved" dvd player, as it is now not approved!!! I have contacted their head office and spoke to their Custmer Relationship Manager - I can say a lot about him, but lets leave that out. No help there as well. So I have cancelled my order, and getting an Audi!!!
