So after applying for a flexiloan on 6 March, a lot of following up and FNB only saying that they are "investigating" on 2 April I was contacted by someone calling themselves "Nicky" oh no "Janique Flemmer", must have been a laps in memory, 011 632 0000 ext 30389, told me that the flexibond would be approved on 2 April, today is 8 April and... It's still not approved after being verbally approved on 6 MARCH! When trying to get hold of the so called person who called me, the receptionist told me that no-one with that name works in the department. She did give me the phone number, extension and her name and all that was true is the phone number for reception! Nice one FNB you can't tell your clients the truth you choose to mislead them and you also choose to not approve what you have verbally 3 times approved! What does one have to do get this approved???
