Absolutely shocking service from Alberante Auto

We took a car with hail damage to Alberante Autospray. The repairs is for just over R8000. Alberante has been sitting with the car for 4 weeks and are still not finished with the work. Clearly they did not start with repairs immediately and left the car without working on it. They now informed me that they are still far from being done with it. In the meantime we are sitting without a car for 4 weeks and they just do not care about this.
