Defrauded of my money

I booked a car over the period 1-5 december. i made the booking through [URL Removed] I was quoted 736.04 for the period.

When swiping my debit card at the europcar offices, i was deducted -3776.05 on the 1st. i was told they will hold R3000 for whatever it is they say they hold the money for.

On the 12th of december i was refunded a value of 1637.41. Therefore i was charged R2139. I filled the tank up at a BP garage 100m away from the Europcar drop off.

This is clearly peoples hard earned money, and i strongly advise people to not to deal with a company like this. And if you do please check the amounts that are being taken from your credit card and refunded back to you.
