Claremont VW is horrific

My first encounter with Claremont VW resulted in me taking in my Citi Golf, paying a R750 inspection fee, being told what the problem was, but i should take it to panel beaters. After the panel beater has looked at it, they said Claremont VW were wrong, and is was something much simpler and cheaper. I wasted my time, and they charged me R750 for NOTHING!!!

My wife took her Citi golf to Claremont VW. Their service was horrific. Didn't phone to keep her updated, and after telling her that it would be ready by 15:00 the same day, was later told after she arrived, that it actually had not even been attended too. Despite numerous phone calls TO the service agents who said it had been attended to, and they charged the R750 inspection fee.

Their service agents are arrogant, their mechanics are arrogant, and all they care about is taking your money!!!
