Very bad after service!!

First of all, two boxes of wine are missing after they delivered and they say that it were not supposed to be transported with them (wine for own transport). They also say that I was responsible for checking the items at delivery. The driver told me that I have 7 days to report missing items so I made a note on the paper "not checked yet". Reponse within 7 days meant nothing. They took weeks to respond and always replied: "They cannot be held responsible under any circumstances." Another disappointment came up which is very unprofessional: My new company paid for my transport and when they forwarded the invoice to me I realized that it is more than the quote stated at the beginning. I asked JH Retief if they charged me for shuttle service where the confirmed that I did not. The detailed statement however stated an extra R1500 which means that they to me. If I did not follow up, they would have the money. They did however pay it back after a while but up until today they did not say sorry at all. Only after telling them that I won't leave it as is, they replied and said that a branch manager will contact me with regards to the missing boxes. 19 days later and nothing!!
