I bought a Polo from Renault Menlyn. They told me my car was a demo from Witbank (which is part of their group), which in fact is a second hand car from Nelspruit. They promised to repair my bee sting and i will get my spare key as they are waiting for it from the dealer . furthermore there was a few touch ups that had to be doen. To date none of this has happened after numerous calls. My tyre made a bubble due to a Pothole. Yesterday when I took my car in so that the tyre can be replaced they informed me that the nut that is in my car to loosen my wheels doesnt belong to my car as every car has a specific one. Its going to cost me R1000 just to replace the nut system so I can change my tyre. I am now driving around with a unsafe car due to their negligence. I am a mother and have been driving around with my car not aware that if i get a flat tyre i will not be able to change my tyres at all. I have spoken to managers about my problem with my spare keys and bee sting and if you phone they tell you that the guy that sold the car left and now the manager also left. Should i proceed with legal action against them to get a response?
