Outstanding overall service

I own a Lexus which is currently out of its warranty plan and whilst in Vanderbijl Park on business my vehicle did not want to start. Obviously was very concerned especially because my two children was with me and i was assuming the worst. I phoned Lexus assist and explained my situation to them and they were amazingly understanding and assured me that I should not worry and they will contact the AA to schedule a technician in the area to help me with my problem. Within half an hour help was on its way. I had the opportunity to speak to 3 staff members on different reference nos viz 147, 231 and 20 and all of them displayed such professionalism and care with regards to handling the matter. I would also like to mention that the AA was also superb with their efforts as well as follow up calls etc. Thank you so very much Lexus for this peace of mind, personally I am very appreciative of the dedication of your staff and the way your company is portrayed.
