I bought a Lexus IS350EX in 2012 for R 505000-00! Not knowing the brand, the Lexus dealership and sales person assured me that it kept reasonable value. I've been trying to get rid of it for 6 months now! After dropping over R 200 000-00 for a car with only 17000km's and practically new, not even Lexus wants it back!! They are not even willing to facilitate a private transaction after getting 1 buyer! Their fee for doing nothing?? 3% of the value and even that has been taking so long that the buyer also pulled out of the deal now!! I have dropping the price on a monthly basis for 6 months now and nothing! I practically have to give the car away for free to get rid of it! So, if anyone is thinking of buying a Lexus, DONT! This car has no value!!
