Shocking Attitude from Lexus... No Joke

Bought a Lexus from Lexus Mc Carthy in 2007. Got an extended warranty with the vehcile.

Today get a call telling me it is expiring. In my understanding it is for 4 years. They are telling me it is for 2 year. And want to sell me a new warranty. This is bad service. Further the person who called me Pravashnee Sookraj
031 514 8000 has a really bad attitude. She obviously has no idea how to deal with a customer, even after I tried to coach her on the rudiments of customer service. She dared me by telling me you can just listen to the call i.e. she really doesn't care about customer satisfaction. This is not what I expect from Lexus. Stinking attitude and no desire to correct a problem caused by her company. Should my next car still be a Lexus?
