Service beyond expectation - best AVIS add eve

I found myself stranded outside the Sandton Gautrain station on Sunday - no buss services on Weekends... I took a walk to the nearby AVIS office and enquired on renting a car or getting a transfer to my destination.
All available vehicles had been booked and they could not offer me a rental solution. I was about to leave in search of another solution when the AVIS representative, Sharon Lottering, asked how far I would need to go. A few moments later she had arranged Hendrik an AVIS driver to drop me off at my destination -at no charge! How! This is the best AVIS advert I will ever see. Their commitment to help me out - even though I was merely a walk-in customer was so positive. I'm surprised, stunned and immensely thankful.
If this is how they treat a walk-in customer can you imagine the extra mile they go when you book!
