Never underenstimate the imporstance of any client

Me and my husband were in Cape Town for the Cape Argus from Ladysmith, Kzn. My daughter-in-law is the senior sport and boys designer for the entire Foschini Group in Cape Town and she reffered us to Silver Banana Printers for a quote and demo card for my daughter's wedding in October in the Natal Midlands. We were looking for the correct address for two days but the address was never changed on the internet and we phoned. They moved to Long Market Street. On 9 March we walked into their office and asked for a quote. We could feel the lack of entusiasm from the young man and his assistant because the attitude was "today is Saturday and please we are tired and want to go home, be quick". Were promised that the demo card and quite will be ready Monday and that they will phone us to collect. Me and my husban phoned about 3 times Monday morning and they still promise us the card will be ready before end of day. At 4.30 in the afternoon we were told that they did not started yet. Up till today we never hear of them again. Maybe this is a good thing because they would dropped us just before the wedding and the card would be a total mess. Rika Uys Cell 0798755599
