Pathetic Service from new KIA dealership

On Saturday my boyfriend and i went to the new KIA dealership, looking to trade both our cars in for KIA Rio's, one being a Mazda 3 2.5L. Upon arrival a sales guy showed us around and told us there are no Rios accross the whole of SA avaliable, the manager i presume shouted this to us and did not even bother to take our details down as we wanted to do a deal that day instead ignored us and carried on. This is absolutely pathetic especially from a new dealership. i am sure that there is another automative competitor that will be glad to do business with us.

I will NEVER deal with KIA, and will defintely be telling my friends and family aswell. Whats happened to customer service? I would not be suprised if this dealership closes down due to lack of service.
