Illegal Practises

These people have just done the same to us that everybody else has been complaining about. They took the car from a small accident after telling my nephew of 19 years old (who was completely hysterical and injured) that the car had to be towed immediately. Three days later they are saying the car is a write-off and that we have to pay R6500 to get it back. They refuse to give us a detailed account of what this money is for and they refuse to allow us to get our car.

How can these people get away with these illegal practises without anybody being able to do anything about it?? Does anybody know who can help?
