I contacted MotoMia this morning and got through to Eliza who greeted me with a smile and can do attitude.

I phoned in to request a copy of an invoice for a scooter purchased 31 August 2012.

This was a tall ask as the scooter was purchased some months ago...

This was clearly NOT mission impossible for Elizma, who had the information to me within two hours of making the request.
