Bins left on road/illaegal dumping

Your refuse removal people leave the area in a mess after they collect refuse. The bins are left on the road which is hazardous to road users. ( I have pictures of this if you need to see them) and litter lines the streets on most days. Bin bags left with bins are not taken either. There is also illegal dumping on the corner of Pyrenees and Sierra nevada str in lenasia south. I tried to report the illegal dumping on your website but was unsuccessful. The error i receive is that the anti spam code is incorrect, i entered the code as it was displayed
