AIRBAG POPPED

Whilst driving my bakkie on a tarred road with no potholes the airbag popped. After taking the vehicle to Novel Stellenbosch and after they inspected the vehicle they informed me that they cannot see what was wrong and why the airbag popped and their specialist could not see why the incident occured.

Numerous follow up phone calls and informing my insurance Mazda informed me that I have to take it up with my insurance whilst the insurance say that it cannot comment on this because it was not an accident that caused the airbag to pop. What is so frustrating about the whole incident is that no one wants to take responsibility for this and want me to pay for everthing while the manufacture don't want to admit that they are at fault. Last time I buy Mazda!!!
