Mazda 5 burns out

Cars & Transport

On the 1st of May 2013 my mazda 5 burned out. After expressing our concerns to Ford/Mazda aswell as Netstar, Netstar started their investigation within a month and gave feedback that the tracking unit was not the fault of the burned out vehicle. After a month and half Ford/Mazda started their investigation and concluded it's the tracking unit after sending them Netstars report they got a fire marshal out and then it came out its accidental. How can a almost brand new car that's been serviced by Mazda on its normal intervals been accidental while myself and my 2 children were in the car. If it weren't for neighbours in the area, we could have been dead or injured very badly. When the fire was killed none of the electronics were working so it means we would have been trapped in the car and wouldn't have been able to get out of the car. Ford/Mazda has since dismissed this incident as accidental, but up to date i still feel that no one is taken any responsibility for what has happened and at this stage in time i am very willingly to take it up with the highest people i can as i can not purchase i new vehicle or anything due to this!!!
