Hertz Car Hire
UNKNOWN CHARGE FROM HERTZ Ref. Order # 1319942

I received a refund of CDN $231.18 on Oct 17, which more or less corresponds to the overcharge I claimed back.
However, I now see I have been charged CDN $52.88 Nov 22. I have no idea what this charge is about. I have not had any further rentals with Firefly or Hertz.. No one has advised me of this charge.
Can I ask Hertz to explain this charge. This is frightening that companies who have been allowed to charge your credit card, can do so again without consultation.
HERTZ... please credit me the unknown $52.88 and destroy my credit card record.
