It has been a long time since I have received service like this, I ordered a Parcel from France and needed it delivered asap. There were a couple of Hiccups along the way on TNT's part but Erron, Nhlanhla and Peter rectified the issues and made sure that I received my parcel on time. Most importantly they actually phoned me when they said they would. Outstanding Service. Lastly sorry if i misspelled your names
