Slow service

I contacted DHL Express to collect a parcel that has to be delivered in France. I was asked at what time I would be leaving the office and informed them at 13h00. This ment the parcel had to be collected before that time. At 13h07 I contacted them again and was informed that the time processed was 16h00. I now have to wait until 14h15 for a driver to collect the package. This means that I have to stay late because of the incompetancy of the person in accounts. Apologising is not good enough. They are not going to compensate me for the time wasted and DHL Express is not one of the cheaper couriers. I had to tfirst transfer the money and send proof before anything would be done. I am very thankful that I do not have to make use of the service of DHL Express very often. After this insident I will never make use of their sevice again, and would never reccomend them to anybody.
