FORD FIGO LEAKING

We bought our ford figo brand new and a few months after we smelled the car stinks of getting wet, but we did not get worried until we had a very big storm and the water was puddles in our car.
We immediately took it the the East Rand Dealer and they even said they could see that there is a big problem, they phone me 2 days after and said they could not find any problem and we have to come and collect the car.
We refused but they said we have to, we collected the car and said that if it happens again we will bring it back, a week after it happened again and we took it back.
After sitting without a car for 1 week they phoned us and said there is not problem, i am very upset with this and will not accept that they just tell me that there is nothing wrong.
My cars carpets is not going to last if it gets wet every week, i will not settle until this problem is sorted.
