Hi,

Basically I had my car serviced and after keeping it for two weeks and charging over R20000 it came back with parts they claimed to have changed but clearly didn't and parts like the battery that were fine all of a sudden stopped working. I then went in again to get my key checked and they said I had to book my car in for a week and it would cost over R3000... To fix it I just youtubed how to change the battery and saved myself R2950... Basically all this VW dealership does is from clients, Ive taken my car to multiple other outlets all over the country and had much better, honest service... I advise anybody with an audi or VW take your car elsewhere.
