Poor Service and Bad Attitude

We bought a s/hand 2009 Ford Ranger from McCarthy Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Centurion. There were a couple of faults. We were told it will be fixed. We collected the vehicle 15/02/13.We noticed paint job was poorly done, colour mismatch, foggy spots and scratch marks. Sales Rep and the Business Manager took pictures of the poor paint job. We were offered take the vehicle for a week and raise all the faults and concerns (e-mailed 18/02/13). Vehicle was collected 22/02/13, brought back 4/03/13.Vehicle still not rectified. The vibration was still there (might be the shocks) and was worse. I contacted the Sales rep after numerous occasion and was told by him, with the backing of his manager, that they will not spent anymore money on the vehicle we can take our issues further if we want. The vehicle is unsafe going around corners or swerving out for potholes. There assistance nor respect towards customers purchasing second-hand vehicles from McCarthy Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Centurion, especially if it comes to safety. (Message in short)
