Never Ever Use BMW Randburg again

I sent in my car for cosmetic repair, scratches and was promised to receive it after two days, I called back and they extended the time by another two days, i then left several messages for people to call me back and no one ever did, after lots of holding finally spoke to someone who again made a false promise and said that it would be ready this friday 08 March 2013, called back and they tried to extend the day by another weekend plus a further two days. In total I waited 10 days and they promised it after two!!!

After being a bit firm with them they decide that I was worthy of receiving my car on friday 08 March 2013, pathetic service, over promise under deliver.

Will never use them again!!!

Dont use the randburg branch.
