Motor Car Damaged

We took our car to Maccy to replace a cam-belt, after (7) seven months of waiting, the car is so damaged that we have to do the whole engine over. The pistons were full of water, he said he put a new gasket on the head, that is a big lie, everything on the engine was never touched and they broke the bumper and put old spark plugs in that doesn't fit on the car. We are very disappointed in Maccy's Racing and I wouldn't refer any one to him for a service or to fix their car. When we went to get the car, his mechanic started the car and the water was boiling, I've asked him why is that happening because it is not right and he said he don't know. The car's refs was going up and down the whole time, the water bottle's cap was missing and a lot of other things was damaged. I want to know if I can sue him for the damages of the vehicle and the waiting period that we suffer without a vehicle. We are really disappointed with all his and promises.
