Let's deal with the first... I was told the car was a 1600, which is what I wanted, I put down the offer to purchase, which also listed the car as a 1600, got my finance and took delivery of the car (18/01/2013). A week later, when I experienced serious MECHANICAL DAMAGE to the car, I asked for a copy of the inspection certificate, which is when I discovered that it was actually a 1400.

I took the car back the following day and was told that they would find me a replacement. I gave them that opportunity, but they to me again, when they tried to sell me a 2010 model, but told me it was a 2011. I sent them written notice of my decision to cancel the sale and left the car in their possession (26/01/2013).

Now for the... Five days ago (02/03/2013) I found out that the deal had still not been cancelled and I have now paid my first installment on a car that I don't even own!

I have phoned numerous times, every day this week to speak to "man-in-charge" Darryl, but he refuses to take my calls or phone me back.

The entire experience has left me COMPLETELY DISGUSTED and I can only hope that people will read this report before falling into the trap that is Supreme Auto.
