Went into agreement with Eagle Auto Sales for a vehicle purchase and trade in on my existing vehicle. Finance approved.
Car was to be delivered on the 16/01/2013 by owner Yugen Naidoo after some minor scratches, tyres and windscreen had been repaired/replaced. Car was not ready on the 16th. Numerous calls to his cellphone and business on the 17/01/2013. None of my calls were attended to as he was either out or busy on another call. Did not return any of my calls from 8am to 17:00pm. My trade in car had been cleaned up of all my personal belongings and ready for trade. Today, the 21st/01... still nothing has been done to the vehicle regarding the repairs and then delivery.

Ive cancelled the deal today because of frustration as there is no positive answer as to what is going on regarding the deal. All I get is "I'll call you tomorrow and the call never comes".

Apart from messing me around, my wife and kids also have been toyed with... eagerly awaiting the arrival of my purchase from the 16th till today. You playing with peoples emotions Eagle Auto.

This message serves as a notice to people using this car sale. I don't intend on doing business with them again.
