Dont comply with The CPA

I bought a second hand vehicle from these people.
and since the first day i owned it there has only been problems.

they had to send out their mechanic 5 times in the first week that I've owned it.

Long story short i took the car back. they refused to cancel the purchase and said they will fix the vehicle.

when my girlfriend phoned them later that afternoon. Jaco Prollius Said. they will look at the car when they feel like it because we have upset them.

We sourced the help of an attorney to remedy the situation and inform them we have the full right to cancel the purchase.

thus far we have only been ignored...

now the litigation route needs to be followed as a result of misinformed personnel who think the consumer protection act is just a suggestion.

Maybe its time that Imperial start giving their personnel proper training. and following the Law.
